2 Day Remote Aid Course

This course is suitable for anyone who travels abroad and to remote areas for work, travelling in remote areas or even just if you have an interest in remote or wilderness survival who does not have a valid first aid certificate. This course offers the necessary knowledge and skills to help you survive in an emergency situation miles away from definitive medical care.

First Day

We will run the Emergency First Aid at Work Level 2 QCF course, this will give you the underpinning knowledge and skills you would need in case of a medical emergency whilst you are out in remote areas. Remote areas are usually deemed as incidents which happened more than 1 hour away from definitive medical care such as Hospitals, Medical centers, Clinics or Doctors Surgeries.

Second Day

We will concentrate on surviving out in the wilderness or remote areas in which many problems may arise. This is a very interactive, enjoyable and informative course which will give you many insights into the dangers, preventative measures and treatments when medical emergencies happen miles away from medical help.
